“I had my dream job, a new home in Colorado, and everything I thought would make me happy. But instead of feeling fulfilled, I felt disconnected—from myself, my desires, and a quiet but constant stress that touched every part of my life.”
I kept asking myself the same question over and over again:
“Who am I?”
My wife and I had just moved to Colorado from the east coast, knowing we wanted to explore something new. I had my dream job, and yet I was unhappy. I had reached my proverbial “top” and could feel that wasn’t it. I was feeling disconnected from myself, my desires, and a subconscious level of stress that was affecting every area of my life.

When I started self-reflecting,
it became painfully clear how much of my life had been arranged around what I thought others expected of me.
I had unknowingly shaped my choices around societal norms, family influences, and deeply ingrained patterns—without ever asking myself if they truly aligned with me.
This led to:
A deep fear of making mistakes (which I’ve now transformed into one of my greatest gifts).
Poor boundaries in all of my relationships.
Reactivity with my emotions rather than conscious response.
A lack of clarity in what I actually wanted to do before I die.
I FOUND MYSELF ALWAYS LOOKING FOR “THE ANSWER,”
that ONE modality, approach, or therapy that would pull me out of the rut I was in. But after years of exploration, I realized that there is no one way. Instead, true transformation happens when we integrate what actually works for us.
Now, I can look back and see how different my life has become.
I ENJOY MY WORK MORE THAN EVER.
I’m calmer, more regulated, and a version of myself that my past self—five years ago—would be proud of.

Through my own journey, I’ve learned that transformation isn’t about following someone else’s blueprint—it’s about discovering what works for you.
My method is a multidisciplinary approach developed over 10 years of traditional and alternative therapies, Mindfulness-based and Trauma-informed certifications, and a deep commitment to a life I delight in.

With expertise in emotional mastery, nervous system regulation, and self-discovery, I create a safe and supportive space for my clients to release overwhelm, break free from old patterns, and step into their fullest potential.
My work is rooted in the belief that when we learn to feel our emotions without being consumed by them, embrace our unique expression, and expand our resilience, we unlock the freedom to live fully.
I guide my clients through this process by integrating breathwork, nervous system education, and intuitive coaching, helping them rediscover what truly matters.
